Terms Of Service

1. Scope of Work:
I, ZeeDidd, agree to provide digital art services as detailed in our agreed-upon project proposal. This includes specifying the type of digital art, style, and any additional features or modifications discussed and approved by both parties.2. Payment and Fees:
Clients are required to pay full amount upfront before commencement of work (unless a payment plan is agreed upon before work is started). Payment can be made via PayPal, Ko-fi, Cashapp, Venmo, or Square. Any additional fees, such as rush fees or extra revisions, will be discussed and agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.3. Copyright and Ownership:
Until the full art is delivered, I retain the copyright to all digital artwork created. Upon delivery, the client will be granted licensing for the agreed-upon use. If you would like to use my work for monetary purposes [logos, charms, mascots, etc], please communicate this to me, and an agreement can be made.4. Delivery and Revisions:
Digital files will be delivered in the agreed-upon format upon project completion. The client is entitled to revisions when they are shown each stage of the project [sketch, lineart, and flat colors]. Additional revisions will be subject to an extra fee agreed upon by both parties.
Delays caused by the client in providing necessary materials or feedback may affect project timelines. (Elements that I miss or mistakenly do not include are not viewed as revisions and will be fixed for no additional fee.)5. Deadlines and Timelines:
Commissions do not include a timeline or deadlines, unless advertised or requested by client. Trello will be used to allow the client to view where their slot is in my queue, and can see updates as I work on their slot. The client understands that any delays on their part may impact the project schedule.6. Communication:
Communication will primarily be through Twitter. Response times will depend on daytime work, social, and personal schedule. Feedback and approvals should be provided in a timely manner to avoid project delays.7. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes project details, concepts, and any other information deemed confidential.8. Cancellation and Termination:
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to compensate for work completed up to that point. If termination is initiated by the artist, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.9. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen technical issues.10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through artist and client respectfully. If both parties cannot come to a fair agreement, a refund will be issues and all work will cease.11. AI- Generative Content and Usage
I do not accept commissions that involve AI-generated imagery or any content derived from AI tools. Additionally, by commissioning my artwork, you agree not to use, upload, or incorporate my art into any generative AI models or systems, nor allow my artwork to be used in the training or development of AI technologies.This document serves as a legally binding agreement upon acceptance by both parties.

Digital Badges - $20
Shaded - $25

Busts are measured from top of head to elbows.
Will include a transparent version with white outline, as well as a version with a background.

Half Body - $40
Shaded- $45

Measured from either the upper thigh or hips

Full Body - $50
Shaded - $55

Small props can be included for no up charge
Complex designs MAY include an up charge

Chibi $21

There is no upcharge for shading, but must be requested before the piece is completed
Complex designs will be simplified

Small Fullbody Ref - $90

Front and back view of your character in 3/4 view,
